I went into Specsavers Olivedale on 6 January to order my year supply of contact lenses. I was previously with the Northgate branch. After more than a week i heard absolutely nothing, when I called in I was told that they still waiting for the stock. I was upset as I had not received any feedback at all. We had words over the phone and the woman slammed the phone in my ear. I spoke to Annette the regional manager. After another few days I got called to fetch my contact, they were the incorrect ones. I called and told them that and they said they would order the correct ones, after a few more days I just popped in and by chance they looked inside a box sitting there and my contacts were there. She just handed them over to me, no invoice, no packet and no free cleaning solution. So they had no proof at all that I had collected them. I called Annette again to complain, she said she would look into and get back to me, that was 3 days ago. No phone call. I have been dealing with spec savers for many years and this is the worst service i have ever received. I think next year I will be looking for another Optometrist to deal with. There are quite a few to choose from. TERRIBLE!!!
