.today 15 th i have had to call the call center as the doctor need s confirmation or wants to cancell the procedure, .i get told on my first call that all remains before i can get authorization is the name of the hospital, which i get and call back, i get Estelle who tells me she requires a copy of the e rays and a letter form the doctor, i tell her to get it directly and ask why am i calling fed health and not the other way around if you require info, if i did not call would this matter ever be handle, your advert says you handle queries within 4 days, that false advertising and your telephone call center staff are not component.
