Refund to be resoved please

On 01 October 2012 we have cancelled our Fedhealth medical scheme and move over to another because the call centre agent we spoke to didn't know how Fedhealth's moving between plans worked and gave us the wrong information. Instead of retaining us as clients by simply allowing us to change our plan to a cheaper one and apologising for their poor customer care training, we had no choice to cancel. What's done is done. Fine but then, my husband went for a procedure at Wigeheuwel hospital which we received an authorization code, we specifically asked if there is any money due on our part and the answer was nope!

Fast forward a couple of months to early January 2013 when we receive an outstanding Dr account for the amount of R1263.00 (the total amount outstanding for the procedure). The amount of R356.70 was refunded to us-from our savings section. The balance should be paid from the hospital benefits!! Two lengthy telephone conversations and another email trying to get this matter left me with no refund!!! Our telephone bill is going to be bigger than the deposit we had to pay. I'm just wondering out loud if there is anybody in fedhealth that can resolve this query efficient
