I've complained about this before! I'am on DISCOVERY Vitality, Diamond option, for the past four of five years. Therefore, according to them, I get 50% discount at TSOGOSUN hotels. So I do a booking request online without
Discovery Vitality Travel rewards and get a quote for R695 per night! I log onto the DISCOVERY website, go to
travelrewards, enter the same dates, and what do I get? R695 per night...! and more over weekends. SO being on DISCOVERY diamond option has got absolutely no benefits to me, because I will pay the same and even more, than any other person! Please explain! Where do you work in the 50% discount?
I've had the same complaint about overseas flight tickets before and they were going to look into it, but I would really like someone to come back to me and explain!
