Hello
My mother called in to get authorisation for a procedure that needs to be done under anaesthetics tomorrow.
Because the procedure is not one of their covered procedures is advised she has to wait 2 - 72hours to see if she will get auth... After the doctors' offices emailed the medical aid days ago to arrange this.
Because somebody was to lazy to attend to the doctors email my mother has maybe go through all the pain for longer.
The response and lack of feedback on this matter is horrible...
I was considering going over to Resolution a while ago but you guys will not have me as a member ever i will tell all my friend to stay far away...
Please provide me with a manager's details as i want to know who is to blame for not attending to doctor's request to get auth or i will take this matter to more public forums!!!
