How to subtly reduce my vitality points

I lodged a complaint over a week ago on your website. It took a couple of days to get back to me. That is not the issue.

I asked why I was not getting vitality points for healthy eating. What I discovered is that I only get points when I swipe my credit card if I pay for the transaction with my credit card. Really! The same does not apply if I have a blue healthy eating card.

The consequence of this is that your credit card holders are penalised if we do not use our cards. That really site in my craw. I want to choose to use my card or not use my card to pay for a purchase and still get my points. but noooooo, you wont do that. This was not disclosed to me when you loaded healthy eating points on my credit card. How many points have I been penalised for by using a card that makes Discovery an income.

Did you really mean to short change your credit card members by this or did you just up the implementation of the system. Either way, the responsible person should be fired for either deceitful dealings or incompetence.
I have also been waiting a week for a reply to this query from your management but I am not getting one, only a spineless approach of not dealing with this
