Been waiting for my cards for over a month now

I've been waiting for my healthy Food and healthy Gear cards since 12/12/2012. Each time I call im told they will be reposted but I never receive them, and each time i confirm the adress they have, they have the adress written incorrectly. what bothers me the most is that each time I call im told we will resend the cards, but tell me whats the point if you keep sending it to an adress that is captured incorrectly (having given you the correct one time and time again). The last straw was when i called and reordered for the 3rd time with Tsepo, she also says she will resend. (definition of stupidity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results). I finally managed to get her to capture my adress correctly, she then tells me that she will get my cards couriered to my work adress instead of posting them to my home adress (YEY!!!), and this will take 2-3days. that was on the 08/01. Im still waiting... i called again on 18/01, another lady (forgot her name, who also told me nonsense that courier actually takes 3 weeks not 3 days) said tsepo is going to call the courier company and she will call me back, but ofcourse she didnt, no suprises there...
