Hi I pay my mother Annami Janse Van Rensburg's medical aid. She received a notice from the post office to come and collect a parcel which I picked up yesterday. It was her new Resolutions Health booklet for 2014. Enclosed is a form that states that she has to send proof of income before the 7th of December 2013 or she will be charged a higher rate. i have noticed that a much higher amount has gone off my account. the date stamp on the post office is the 1st of January. How are we supposed to submit the form if we only receive the notice after the cut off date? please help
