Last week I activated my Vitality movie rewards. When I went to collect cards it was not activated as the Discovery Vitality system was not working. I also wanted to book tickets for a movie. Robyn and Heinrich then told me that the system was down and I was not able to get discounted tickets until the Vitality Movie cards were activated. I obviously was not to happen about this.

I then asked them to activate the cards when the Vitality system was up and book my tickets which I would collect the following day. I gave Heinrich the money for the tickets. 3 hours later Robyn called me to tell me that the cards are activated and that the tickets are booked and ready for collection.

The following day I collected it in a nicely sealed envelope with my name and contact details on it.
