I phoned in yesterday to request discovery to apply for my vitality benefits card, a young gentleman helped me through the process very helpfull and very nice explained everything to me and he told me that my cards will be posted to me in a few weeks time, i also requested because my employer is paying for my medical aid i would like the discovery vitality to be debited from my own account which he assured me is no problem, this morning i phoned in wanted to ask if they can just registered mail this for me as i have very nousy neighbours spoke to another gentleman which told me he dont pick up my application on the system and nothing has been activated and i dont receice cards via the mail? now i am very confused and dont know what to expect? why is one saying one story and other one saying other? can someone get back to me on this? 081 308 1048 / 011 908 8881 i m a member of discovery for a year now but this kind of service is not tolerated dont want a email explaining everything want a phone call explaining everything
