My mother is a pensioner 75 years old and has been charged the highest rate by Siswe as they state she has not send them proof of income which she has, and I also spoke and send proof this morning.
She has been overcharged by R 1000.00 and as a pensioner that is a vast amount of money, and nobody is comming back to her to acknowledge they will resolve the overcharge.
I feel it is totally inappropriate to take R 4000.00 from a pensioner for medical aid without any notification.
