Account has been handed over, after emails and requests for feedback as payments were made to the hospital, I needed clarity as to where the payments had been allocated as I was not sure if I had paid the invoice. No feedback and now a rude letter, and to make matters worse the person dealing with a/c is unresponsive.when calling and speaking to a second person was made aware that they would not check itc till payment made. i still dont know which account is for what!!!
