I am very disappointed with the Discover Key Care Specialist Referral Panel. I have been suffering from the same condition for the past 3 years and my nomited doctor is not able to treat my condition. He decided to refer me to a specialist and my application was declined.
I don't see why I should pay for a medical aid that is unable to assist when I need help.. Do I have to be hospitilised before I can see a specialist?
