Throwing accusations around without any facts. Unhelpful
I received a letter to confirm Full settlement on an account and now according to this ill mannered person it was sent by mistake.
A big company as NBA, aren't suppose to make mistakes such as this.
On Previous occasions we had queries regarding payments made by me never allocated on there statement after mailing and faxing all proof of payments the account was rectified and the settlement letter was sent.
Can the person in charge of account statements at Norman Bissett please check up on this
