As a member of the "Exceptional Rewards Programme" offered by the threecities group, i express my indigmant and disappointment to have been affiliated to such a DECEPTION.It is unfortunate that a "REPUTABLE" company like this, and it's consultants, does not reveal the true benefits of their rewards programme and rules pertaining to the free voucher incentives offered to their patrons. This is a money making SCHEME whereby a yearly membership fee is paid so that members can benefit from free night vouchers and other incentives but unfortunately are not told THAT as a member you ARE NOT AT LIBERTY to use these SO-CALLED FREE vouchers when you choose, INSTEAD vouchers may only be used at their LOW GRADED RESORTS WHERE THE SHOWER AND BASIN TAPS ARE LEAKING, our recent experience at the Greenway Woods Resort, Nelspruit (where we were entitled to use our free night voucher.???). This complaint was reported and the response we received is that this resort is been revamped. Why were not told this before check in
