My 4 year old has been suffering with toothache for 2 weeks. I was waiting for dentists to open after the holidays. On 1 January it got so bad that his face was a bit swollen (it formed an absess). I got worried and desperately sent an e-mail (after a facebook friend recommended Medicross) to the Medicross head office at 20h00 at night. Within 15 minutes I got a response and a promise that they will let me know where I can take my son the next day. The next morning I anyway tried Boksburg Medicross to see if there are anyone there while I waited for head office. The standby dentist could assist. Even while I was waiting Germiston Medicross also phoned me on instruction from head office and told me that they could assist within an hour! I am totally impressed with the service I received from Medicross and how they saw this as important especially during this crazy time of the year. Thank you so much!
