I am one of the ex-NIMAS members who was moved to Resolution Health and has since seen an appalling decline in service. The current issue that I'm trying to resolve is that they have incorrect bank details for my claim payments. Last month a claim was paid into this wrong account. I have contacted the Resolution Health call centre twice, sent 2 emails and 2 faxes and yet still nothing has been done despite me sending all the documentation they required. I've yet to have any feedback or responses. I don't have the payment due to me and am facing having the rest of my claims being paid into the wrong bank account. Totally inefficient with a complete lack of customer service.
