Discovery authorisations not logged

On 13 Nov 2012 I phoned discovery and spoke with Mario to obtain authorisation codes for delivering my twins at PTA East hospital (naturally) and to inform them that I have changed Gynaecologists to make this possible. Mario said he made all the necessary changes. I phoned again today to ensure all is in place and Iris told me that nothing has been changed on Discovery's system. Our conversation was cut off, I phoned again. I then spoke to Marike and asked her to confirm and correct all mistakes and to file a formal complaint against Mario/Discovery and to send me a copy via email of all the changes made.
This is very upsetting, what if my twins arrived and no authorisation was logged? What if the hospital refused to help me on the date of my twin's arrival? This is shocking to expect a service where 3 lives matters! I expected a professional and competent approach toward my life and that of my children from my medical aid and this is not what I received. I thank Iris and Marike who promised to fix things and I hope this is factual this time a round for me and the delivery of my twins
