My wife had a follow up visit with a specialist after hospitalisation for a haemorrage in her eye. Discovery refused authorisation and referred her to a gp to obtain referral to the same specialist. This was done as requested by Discovery, as of now we have missed two appointments, taken two days leave and still no authorisation. Call centre absolutely useless. What now discovery? You are honestly nothing more than a bunch of incompetent? Do I need to go out of my way to continue to expose your unethical practices?
