Had to rush to the Morningside Medi Clinic ER this evening carrying an elderly relative that was convulsing / had muscle spasms only to be met with lazy and disinterested staff. Had to ask the lady at reception to assist me while she stared at me and did nothing as I held the sick individual. The nurses are shocking and belong in a government hospital. Instead of doing their job they were busy gossiping around the corner. Took a photo of a needle disposer right next to the bed covered with dried droplets of blood - wouldn't be surprised if patients from this ER get more sick after their visit there. Absolutely disgusting, I will pursue this complaint further as you are a risk to your patients.
