I currently handle my parents medical aid and i have had them on Discovery and Prosano in the past. Currently i have them with Topmed and i must say i am more than impressed with Topmed's overall service and attitude, we had a few minor administrative issues after just joining however there has never been an issue with claims whether it be for chronic medication or for a major in hospital procedure we recently went through. The call centre is also well trained and helpful, definetly a breath of fresh air.
