On the 1/09/2013 my daughter was in a serious accident 170 km from Cape Town, as this was a remote area we could not get proper medical care for her and my sister, I manage to transport her to Woster medi-clinic, as she was in a great deal of pain with a huge bump on her head and blood coming from her ear, when I arrived she went to the emergency, the doctor on duty said he must keep her in hospital but they have no x-ray facilities as this was not working and from the symptoms he need to take x-rays, no ambulance available to take her to the next hospital, I was then told by the doctor to get her to Somerset West medi clinic another hours drive so that they can do the xrays, he also phoned the doctor to say we are on our way. Getting to Somerset West medi clinic they said they can help me with the xrays, but could not admitted patients because the hospital was flooded from all the rain they had and I must take her to Stellenboch medi city to admitted her. FEDHEALTH DONT CARE, my daughter is only 11 years old, she was in a bad state, and i was driving 200 km to get her help, now I get a account to say I must pay the xrays I phoned and explained the situation
