Shocking Night Staff

Your Sandton Clinic has deteriorated to a disgusting level. I have a mother in you clinic and under your care. She has fallen 3 times, your night staff do not respond to the calls from patients. Your nurse's inserted a drip into my mothers are using the light from their cell phone. This is a private hospital you would expect this level of service and attitude in a government hospital.
My mother is so scared to complain because the more we have complained and requested decent care the worse your night staff treat her.
This is unacceptable care.
