So i need a simple authorisation code... was put on hold 30mins on saturday!!! Another 20mins on sunday!! How exactly am i supposed to fulfill the already ridiculous pre-booking requirement when your staff cannot do their simple job of picking up the phone? Besides, i hope noone is gonna come back to me with "its a weekend story" you advertise a 24/7 service. As such, 20mins on hold is just ridiculous and unacceptable by all standards.
