No one on the other end to assist

I have a duplicated account in zimbabwe... i have been trying to call multichoice africa for the past 3 days now so that they can assist me sort ths mess but till now i cant get anyone to pick my call and help me... i understand its a call centre but to hold for more than 20mins 3 days in a role is just wrong... i need assistance what is the point of having a call centre if people hold for over 20mins
