I decided to go with Beame as my wife has it in her car and is paying R59 per month on a 3 year contract.so i called their call centre, was on hold for over 20mins.eventually got through to someone, enquired about that price and was told he is unaware of that price its now R79 but he will find out and get back to me. Guess what no response for days.so i called again waited on hold for 15mins, got through to a lady who says the same story, anyway just to get it sorted i agreed to the R79.Gave her all my info., she then booked for me to go to tiger wheel and tyre to get it installed on the friday. I took time off work went there, only for them to tell they cannot pick up my lead on the system.they call Beame who says i need to wait 30mins as theres a problem with the system.i wait, after 30mins they call Beame again.now all of a sudden they cant help me, and asked for my number to contact me when they reshedule.still no call from them
I HAVING SO MUCH TROUBLE TO GET THE DEVICE IMAGINE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM AFTER SIGNING A 3 YEAR CONTRACT.
All i want is for them to sort this out or tell me we cant help you go somewhere else.
