Incorrect Payment

On twenty third of November I submitted a claim for which I had already paid. Now I see the re imbursement is being made to the doctor meaning that she is paid twice. I have called the call centre and a lady I spoke to there told me that IF it is processed, I will know after five working days.

This is the second time that this is happening.
