How is it possible that the you have events at your center that cant accomodate for the enough people, i was terribly dissappointed in the fact that me and my 5 year old who was so looking forward to the Expo was advised that you guys were out of stock and not worth going in, this was saturday 30 November 2013. Not only was it my 1st day off in 5 months but the fact that i used public transport to get there only to be told that you guys are out of stock. as an adult i would be ok, but to see the disappointment and sadness in my sons eyes was something i would never want to relive. he was so excited and you broke his spirt. he even told me after that he never wants to go to that place (CTICC) again. i hope you learn from this next time you decide on taking on something this big. it was a waste of my time and money but worse to see my boy so sad.
