A MONTH AND CLAIMS NOT PAID, BAD SERVICE

I was rushed to hospital on 8 April 2014, where I was in the emergancy section. I was referred to a Radiologist and I was seen by a doctor. My Claim was submitted directly from the hospital to Bankmed and then was sent to carecross because I am on the basic plan. I called in to confirm that my claim was received and was told it would be paid, now..a Month later it still has not been paid and now they are giving me stories that it should be a pay and claim. The call centre agents are very unhelpful. I am getting letters from the hospital requesting payment. I expect my claims to be paid IMMEDIATELY. why am I paying R982 per month for a medical aid that gives so much problems??? No1 has gotten back to me with regards to this, no feedback at all. This is very poor service.
