I recently made a career change and instead of changing my medical aid cover to my private capacity, my previous employer simply cancelled my medical aid. In a panic I contact the Discovery help line and my call was answered by a friendly lady, Vicky. She didn't't have access to my account details so she asked if I'd mind to hold the line while she contacts the relevant department. Then I spoke to Mujeeb. He was also very helpful and assured me that the debit will go off my account and that I was still covered. He confirmed my email address and within a minute after the call I received my membership certificate to confirm all the details.
I am really grateful, simply because the people mentioned above stayed calm and dis everything they could to to assist me. I feel like a valued customer and would recommend Discovery Health to everyone.
