I am disgusted with the service I have received by discovery.
Firstly on the 31st of January 2013 I notified discovery that I was moving to private capacity and I gave a change of bank details (see email attached) with all requested information attached.
Yesterday, 17th of april 2013, was the first time I received a call from discovery to inform me that my banking details were never loaded. I instructed the caller to debit my account. Today I received an sms saying my account was suspended. After 30 mins on the line with discovery I asked the caller to phone me back. He never did!!! I have been trying to call discovery and the calls are being dropped every time I get through- only after I am on hold for five minutes of course!!!
After checking with my bank there has been no debit order that has gone off my account. It is a rare situation when an organization such as discovery is so useless at actually getting their money. I am desperate to try pay and ensure my account is not suspended however it seems discovery back office leaves something to be desired. now if i am in an accident I am not covered all because discovery is useless! I am on the verge of closing my account.
