Logged query in April about missing Healthy Food cash backs - STILL NOT RESOLVED. Get the runaround from the Call Centre. Random responses to emails that are repeated word for word from previous emails even though no one has come back to you within the 5 days as they claim they will. Even complaining on Twitter does not help - they are unable to resolve the issue or even have the courtesy to come back to you in the time they said they will. Calling and emailing does not help - nothing gets resolved. And no one will let you speak to a manager or a manager will never call you back.
