No feedback after 3 weeks

Hi,

I sent a complaint to Vitality as I bought healthy food and on the website it stated there was an amount R144 that was owing and had been paid to me on the 13th of November. However, I never received this money. I sent an email an it took forever to get a response. And then the response at the end of all of it was "you do not owe any money to Vitality"?

Please respond to me urgently as I am using the vitality rewards system and I am not receiving any rewards
