Why are Gloria Jeans so inconsistent? I generally love their coffee, it's my favourite, but have had only bad experiences at Davenport Gloria Jeans - scalding hot undrinkable coffee. Most recently they refused my card saying I had to pay cash for small amounts, then they had no money in the till and had to borrow money off a regular customer?! Not good service. My usual store is Musgrave where the coffee is always just right and they let you use a card whatever the amount to pay. Pavilion was also fine when it was open. Also, why do some of them display prices for their food and others not (Musgrave is not good in this regard)? It puts me off buying food if I don't know the price. I won't be buying from Davenport again - come on Gloria Jeans, be consistent and customer focussed!
