Vitality points not reflecting

After getting a life policy with Discovery just for vitality we experienced issues with getting our points.
It is always advertised how you can get to gold in an hour and so it seemed worth paying to have all the assessments done. We could not get a booking together so my husband went to the discovery center in Sandton and I went the next day to the center in Randburg. We both did all the tests, then signed up for the gym, went every day and bought food from pick n pay off the healthy food list.

After a few months of waiting all our points still dont reflect and we the healthy food items dont always reflect and we havent gotten money back. After calling the call center they said they would investigate and when i tried to call back and speak to the person i had spoken to before they took a message and said he would call me back and he didnt TWICE. The points are still not reflecting and we had to book flights without the full discount.

Very frustrating when so much effort if made on the side of the consumer and all promises are not held
