We have a problem with the additional documents that Discovery Health is requesting. In the original Keycare income verification forms, 2.1 states "Last 3 months bank statements and if you are employed, send your last 3 months payslips, OR most recent tax years IRP5 certificate." My brother submitted his 3 months payslips. He is now required to send in a Letter of employment; IRP5; and 3 months bank statements (the last request we agree is justifiable). Why do we have to submit the first two documents, surely the payslips are indicative of the fact that one is employed.
