I have had enough with your PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
My newborn son was admitted to Neonatal ICU at Sandton Medi Clinic on the 4th July 2013. Your consultant called me and explained that all the hospital bills would be covered. The doctors rooms submitted the account, and you needed an amended account. The doctors room sent the amended account on the 29th August 2013. It is now the 22nd November and you have done nothing yet. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone since my child was admitted to try get the bill sorted out. I spoke to a manager at Discovery this morning and he has no idea why nothing was done since the updated statement was sent. IS IT YOUR NORMAL PROTOCOL TO GIVE USELESS SERVICE??? If so please let me know so that I can change medical aid providers!!!
