Not responding after 2 months

I've sent through an enquiry on the 6th of February 2013 to [Email Removed] to change my income as I changed jobs. They responded with a change of banking details which I did not ask for as I sent through bank statements to change my income barrier. I responded and only received a response regarding my original enquiry on the 10th of April 2012. Two months later with the correct documents. It's bad correspondence to the me and they do not answer the questions I ask as well as I've sent through the documents and still there's no change in account as they say I have to send through the exact same documents. Are they trying to avoid me changing my payment to less amount? They are quick to change it to a much higher amount.
