I was on the Ingwee Health Plan while studying at Wits in 2008. From July this year, I have been getting constant phone calls saying that I owe Dr Akerele R258.91. In trying to seek closure on this issue, I phoned Momentum and requested for a letter stating that there are no claims pending on my acount. I was sent from pillar to post. I finally managed to speak to a consultant who promised to email me the letter which I still await. I hate having to settle this issue on this website. I shouldnt have to to go through this as I paid for medical cover in full.
