I was insured with momentum in 2008, my son was hit by a car as if that is not traumatic enough, I was contacted by attorneys last year informing me momentum neglected to pay their claim they gave me proof that the claim was submitted on time in 2008. I contacted momentum who showed no interest in the matter the consultant I spoke to acknowledged receipt of the invoice but mentioned that the doctor did not make enough follow ups for the claim to be paid. She promised to phone me back never bothered, I called again sometime in January spoke to the second consultant who was utterly rude, advised me their books for 2008 are closed they are not interested, she refused to put me through to a superior. They ignoring the fact that they received full premiums from me. I'm a single parent and having to pay the attorneys out of my own pocket is difficult. South Africa don't insure with momentum health
