1.) I was expecting a call back from Momentum on Monday to confirm the MSA had been transferred successfully - this never happened, but I am sure you will once again have an excuse (and I did check my voicemail - no one called)
2.) I have spoken to Discovery who have received funds, but they did not receive the letter as requested in the email instructions I sent Momentum.
As stated clearly in the instructions emailed:
"Please note, before the deposit is allocated we require a letter from the previous medical scheme confirming that the deposit is done as a transfer of MSA funds."
Please provide this letter to Discovery Health ASAP - and please EMAIL myself a copy. (stating the amount transferred).
DO NOT bother calling me - I'm tired of excuses, and have no interest in speaking to Momentum Health. This has been ongoing for months.
