Discovery Vitality has the poorest managed CRM system.
They choose when to notify you as it works in their benefit.
I had my lifetime membership cancelled - with one visit outstanding. Staff were very unhelpful - insisting that there will be absolutely no exceptions made. I have travelled extensively over the last 2 months as well as been sick & absolutely nothing will be taken into consideration in this regard to have this. Matsepo - a supposed Manager spoke to me in a tone that was very rude - neither Kolofelo, Matsepo, KB or Alicia were able to assist me in this regard.
I did also bring it to their attention that when I signed the contract - my contract specified that I had to make a minimum of 24 visits to keep the benefit!
I was even told that the system has changed since I joined - that Is not my problem. This is just another way that discovery can make more money of the client! Discovery has been strategically designed to receive the maximum payment from clients - while offering clients a mimimum benefit in return!
