1. Broker loaded the agreed policy wrong. This had to be corrected by canceling the one policy for another.
2. With above, I was contacted by the call center, stating there was money owed to me. After confirming that they are sure, as it did not make sense, I received this money and subsequently spent it.
3. I was then phoned by a manager stating how I can use money that is not mine. This was a mistake on their side, and I was made out to be the criminal taking changes.
4. Money repaid regardless.
5. After my daughter was hospitalized, I submitted out of hospital medication paid from my pocket for reimbursement, as per my policy allowance. Two months later, one of the two is paid, after I don't know how many calls and emails.
6. No one responds to second request.
7. After above, I want to move medical aids, three weeks of ignored mails and request for cancelation of policy.
I cannot believe that a company would blatantly make empty promises, create financial hardship and blatantly ignore their customers. I am using this path to hopefully be able to terminate my business with this company.
