Medical aids in general play on emotion as well as the current situation of the poor government medical service, however we all use medical aids and there are some decent companies.
This cannot be said for Suremed. Suremed is the most pathetic medical aid available currently in RSA.
I have utilized other organisations whereby I have paid a a premium and if they have not given me funds back at the end of the year, they have at least paid all my medical expenses in full.
This is not the case with Suremed, who are happy to take a larger amount of money every month and then still make the client pay in when they use the scheme. absolutely pathetic and worst of all the representative for the company says that this is there policy.
I would love to change from this medical aid to another one, however Suremed is forced upon us as a company procedure.
Please take note of the daylight that Suremed is committing on a daily basis and utilize other medical aids which do provide a service and don't just spend your money on dividends to directors. the question still stands as well if the this is a BBEE company. It does not look like it according to there website.
