Submitted a claim for Schoontech Tandheelkundige Lab (practise nr: LA1431) Tuesday am. Dentist (Dr Corne van Geer & Assoc inc) submitted their claim hours later (tuedday pm)
My claim, which was submitted first gets processed after the Dr's? how does this work? Surely claims should be processed in order of when they are received?
I have emailed the claims reversal request form (to healthinfo ref nr received: 3084841409 and to claims ref nr received 3084842011). I went through a lot of effort to ensure that the claim for Schoontech is submitted to discovery first, all for nothing. PLEASE URGENTLY REVERSE THE CLAIM AND PAY SCHOONTEC FIRST AS THEIR ACCOUNT WAS SUBMITTED FIRST.
ALSO:
I spend quite a while on the phone with Porche Donay Ross this morning explaining the whole situation around why this claim need to be reversed. It is my understanding that all that time was for nothing as she could not have been bothered to capture the reasons/conversation on the system. This is shocking and I do expect further action on this matte
