I submitted my claim to Discovery on the 05/ 04 /2013.
I had made payment to the service provider and Discovery needed to re-imburse me.
Discovery what is the reason for the delay?
I kept trying to track my claim but it was never reflected.
I re-submitted the claim again on the 24/04/2013.
Now I find out the invoice I received from the service provider was wrong and rather than pay me Discovery is planning to pay the service provider.
I am your member paying the subcription fees and I cannot believe that your consultant actually told me that I must now go and claim the money from the service provider.
