On the 14/06/13 I broke my hand and had to get plate put in it. All my costs was covered by Bonita's except one of R7592.66 for the prosthesis. I phoned several times and Bonita's only said they will process it again and again and again. I have 10 ref numbers I can give to prove my story. I called the hospital and they said the plan that I'm on covers R25000 a year for prosthesis. I have the hospital debt collectors on my case wanting to sue me because Bonita's does not know what they are doing. Plz can we resolve this.
