I am so fed up with the slackness of Discovery - I went to see a Dermatologist on Friday, 22 February (he is within the network as well) - I had to pay upfront as with most doctors and I submitted my claim for R1, 100.00 the same day. When I called on Tuesday 26 February to see how the clai was going I was told Discovery had received it and all in order but claim takes 2-4 working days to be processed - I called again today (28 February) and told my claim is still not processed and now takes 5-7 working days due to Discovery back log - is it my fault that you are under-staffed? Same issue every year - please can you process my claim (almost a week later) urgently... or should I have a back log in paying my monthly fees to you - usless bunch of admin!!
