Lack of processing and delaying claims

This is the third time we are submitting this claim to you. I chatted to Trevor Naidoo this morning when I queried about this claim and he said he could not find it on system.
The original date emailed is below and you have returned emailing me saying that we cannot submit two claims on one form. Well THIS IS NOT TWO CLAIMS. It is one claim, please fellow at the claim and give us some feedback immediately. Whenever these claims are scanned and emailed we receive a reference number. Funny enough, when you follow up with that reference number it is not on the system. : 3076230775

I am not a very happy member as none of the claims submitted in the last few weeks have been paid out.
This injection is a costly one and we have to fork out R1700 each time as discovery does not see the need to reimburse its members.
