Great Attitude, Prompt Feedback and Concern

Good day. I would like Discovery Health to know that I received Excellent Customer Service from Shanaaz at Isoleso. Yes, I am on Keycare due to my employment status however Shanaaz made me feel like the Most Important Client she has ever provided an Excellent Customer Service too. I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting the incorrect spectacles and sunglasses script from Specsavers Bellville and fell ill as a result thereof. On referral from SAOA and HPCSA, I called Isoleso and explained the situation to them. Shanaaz called the optometrist and I will now follow her exact instructions so that my script will be corrected, I will receive the Multifocals at no cost to myself and only pay for the reflective upgrade as per the Optometrist communique to her. It is people like Shanaaz who make you realise that not everyone is out to get you or exploit you financially when you are already at your lowest being unemployed and all.
